Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms apply when you engage Taxation360 Advisory to prepare or file a return, or to do any other compliance work for you. Sending us your documents means you accept them.
What we do
We are a tax compliance and accounting firm. We prepare and file income tax returns, handle TDS and Form 26AS work, reconcile AIS and 26AS, track refunds, and draft routine procedural responses to departmental communications.
What we do not do
Taxation360 Advisory provides non-legal, non-litigious procedural support only. We do not provide legal advice, we do not provide legal representation, and we do not appear or represent any client before any court, tribunal, appellate authority or assessing officer.
If your matter needs legal interpretation, an opinion, or somebody to appear for you, you must engage a qualified advocate independently. We will tell you plainly when we think that point has been reached.
Fees
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for a straightforward case of that type — currently ₹499 for a single-Form-16 salaried return. Your actual fee depends on your documents.
- We quote after seeing your documents, and before starting work.
- The quote is a fixed figure, not a range.
- If your case turns out to need more than we quoted for, we stop and tell you before doing it. We never revise a fee after the work is done.
- There is no advance payment and no charge for asking. You pay after the return is filed.
- Government fees, late filing fees under section 234F, interest and any tax payable are yours and are separate from our fee. We do not collect them; you pay the department directly.
The filing guarantee
We say "filed and e-verified, or no fee", and this is what it means: if we accept your case, quote you, and then fail to file it, you owe us nothing.
It does not cover situations where the filing could not happen for reasons outside our hands, specifically:
- documents that were not sent to us, or were sent incomplete, after we asked;
- information that turns out to be incorrect;
- an e-verification OTP that only you can complete and did not;
- Income Tax portal downtime, or a change in departmental procedure or deadline;
- a case we told you we could not take.
Refunds and cancellation
- Before we start: nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund. Just tell us.
- Work started, return not yet filed: you may cancel and pay nothing.
- Return filed: the fee is due and is not refundable — the work is done and cannot be undone.
- Our mistake: if we make an error in preparing your return, we correct it and file the revised return at no charge to you.
A tax refund from the department is a separate thing entirely. We cannot promise one, cannot promise its size, and cannot promise when it will arrive — that is the department's decision and the department's timeline.
What we need from you
The return is filed on the strength of what you give us. So: send complete and correct documents, tell us about income you have not documented, respond when we ask a question, and complete the e-verification when we send it to you. We check your figures against Form 26AS and the AIS, but we cannot verify income that appears in neither and which you have not told us about. Responsibility for the accuracy of what you declare stays with you.
Turnaround
Most returns are filed within 48 hours of us having every document we asked for. Complex cases, capital gains reconciliations and the last days before a deadline take longer, and we say so at the time rather than after.
Limits
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, our liability is limited to the fee you paid us for that piece of work. We are not liable for tax, interest, penalty or late fee arising from information you did not give us, gave us incorrectly, or gave us too late to act on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.
