This page explains what Taxation360 Advisory does with your information when you use this website, message us on WhatsApp, or ask us to file a return for you. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you send us anything.

Who is responsible for your data

Taxation360 Advisory, a tax compliance and accounting firm based at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh — 271001, decides how your information is used and is responsible for it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

What we collect, and why

Advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in the web address you arrived on	To know which advertisement your enquiry came from. It is a code about the ad, not about you.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your income tax portal password, your bank login, your OTPs, or your Aadhaar unless it is specifically required for a filing and we have asked for it by name.

Your consent

When you fill in the callback form or message us on WhatsApp, you are asking us to contact you and to act on the documents you send. That is what we use your information for, and nothing else. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us — see Getting in touch below. Withdrawing it stops any future work; it does not undo a return that has already been filed.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is disclosed only:

• to the Income Tax Department and its portal, which is the point of filing your return;
• to our web hosting provider, who stores the website and its data on our behalf;
• where a law, a court, or a tax authority requires it of us.

Nobody outside our firm is given your documents to use for their own purposes.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets a small cookie recording which advertisement or link brought you here, so that we can tell which of our ads is worth running. If you arrived from an advertisement, Google may also set its own cookies to measure that click. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement for the same reason.

These tell us that an enquiry came from a particular campaign. They do not tell us anything about your browsing elsewhere, and none of your tax documents are ever sent to an advertising platform. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that go nowhere: deleted within two years of your last contact with us.
• Filings we have done: kept while the return can still be revised, reopened or assessed, and for as long as the Income Tax Act and our own professional obligations require us to be able to produce the working papers. Then deleted.
• Advertising click records: 90 days.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against forged and automated submissions, and the folders holding enquiries are blocked from the public web. Access to your documents is limited to the people in the firm who are working on your return.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Rules require.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what information about you we hold and what we have done with it;
• correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
• delete what we no longer need to keep;
• nominate somebody to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
• hear a complaint, which you may also take to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not satisfy you.

Ask by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details below. We reply within a reasonable period and, where we cannot do what you have asked, we tell you why.

Children

This service is for adults filing their own returns. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. If a return has to be filed for a minor, it is their parent or guardian we deal with.

Getting in touch

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you about directly.
